How can the tools help staff spend more time with service users and families?

Our digital CHC & PHBs platform includes e-versions of the core forms used in the CHC process – such as the Decision Support Tool and Support Plan record – as well as having our resource allocation tools integrated . All of the forms are pre-mapped to each other so data can be brought forward and re-used at each stage.

Huge amounts of time currently spent copy/pasting between Word documents, navigating shared drives and spreadsheets, faxing, and digging through paper files can instead be used for organising and supporting service user care.
