How can the tools help save staff time so they can spend more time with service users and families?
Our digital platform includes e-versions of the core forms used in the Continuing Healthcare and Continuing Care processes – such as the Decision Support Tools and PHB Support Plan templates – as well as having our estimated budget tools integrated. The forms are pre-mapped to each other so relevant data can easily be brought forward and re-used at each stage.
Our estimates show that at least £10,000 worth of staff time can be saved each year for an average CCG by eliminating copy/pasting between Word documents, navigating shared drives/spreadsheets, emailing attachments, and digging through paper files.
