HCR-20 (V3): Assessment & Management of Interpersonal Violence
The HCR-20 was developed to assist with Structured Professional Judgement (SPJ) decisions about Violence Risk. Since the publication of V1 in 1995 and V2 in 1997, it has become the world’s most widely used and best validated violence risk assessment instrument.
It has since been translated into 20 different languages and adopted or evaluated in more than 35 countries worldwide, with V3 launched in 2013. Many of our customers use the HCR-20 (V3) in conjunction with FACE Risk Toolsets, and so we are able to offer accredited HCR-20 (V3) training where required.
The above training is available for the following care groups:
- Adult mental health
- Children and young people (CAMHS)
- Learning disability
- Older people mental health
- Substance misuse
- Young people mental health
Our training can be delivered on your premises exclusively for your staff, keeping travel costs and disruption to your service to a minimum. We can also offer distance learning courses using video conferencing.
