Demo environment

The following terms and conditions will apply if you have requested access to our demo environment.

1 Requesting access

1.1 We will only accept requests to organizations and individuals that are operating within the healthcare and research sector that have a genuine interest in evaluating the service. If you do not receive a response to your request within two working days, it is likely that your request has been rejected. This can be appealed by contacting info@imosphere.co.uk.

2 Use of the Atmolytics demo environment

2.1 The demo licence of Atmolytics provides you with access to a demo environment of the service for a period of 14 days. This is solely for the purposes of evaluating Atmolytics for use in your organization. During the demo period, you may make such use of Atmolytics as you reasonably require in order to evaluate it for future use in your organization, but not for any other purpose.

2.2 The login details provided must not be shared outside of your organization.

2.3 Access is offered on a temporary basis and automatically ends after 14 days. If you purchase the service within the duration of the demo period, the demo will end and be replaced with the paid service.

2.4 The demo will not automatically be turned into a paid contract. This has to be explicitly ordered by you or your organization.

2.5 You can cancel access to the demo environment early by emailing info@imosphere.co.uk. Include your name and organization within the email and use the subject line ‘Cancel Atmolytics Demo Access’.

2.6 Imosphere reserves the right to remove or cancel the demo offer at any time.

2.7 Imosphere reserves the right to change, add or remove functionality, features and terms and conditions during the demo at any time.

2.8 Imosphere owns all intellectual property rights of Atmolytics and all related documentation. Nothing in these terms and conditions grants you any intellectual property or other rights in relation to Atmolytics or its documentation.

3 Your details

3.1 Emails will be sent to you at various points during the demo period in order to assist you in using Atmolytics, and to remind you when the demo period will end.

3.2 To the extent that we hold or process any personal data provided by you during the course of this demo, we will process such personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3.3 Personal data collected in order to provide access to the demo environment will be kept for up to three months from the end of the free demo period.
