In light of the evolving developments of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), Imosphere has established a robust business continuity plan, to protect the health of our workforce, customers, and partners while continuing to provide a full and uninterrupted service.
From today (Tuesday 17th March), all of our employees are working from home in an effort to minimize the spread of the virus locally. This will be reviewed over time based on government advice.
Our team has been equipped with the relevant digital tools to ensure that you’ll continue to receive the usual customer service from us and that, where possible, ongoing work, training sessions and meetings can continue as planned via video conferencing and online meetings.
During this time, we do not expect any issues to our supply chain arrangements and do not envisage any changes or interruptions for our integration services. This will continue to be monitored as part of our ongoing planning.
We will be reviewing the situation daily and will inform all of our stakeholders of any changes or additional precautionary measures as they arise.
