The Post
An exciting opportunity to be part of a growing tech company with healthcare, education and social care customers across the UK and USA. Reporting to the Senior Data Analyst, you will provide a key role in supporting customers who use our Formulate solution- a suite of predictive decision-support algorithms. You will be responsible for undertaking analysis of data captured from Formulate customers, and will be required to support the Senior Data Analyst in developing, modifying and testing the ‘master’ Formulate algorithms themselves, as well as applying and testing requested updates to customer-configured versions. You will also support with the development and maintenance of internal and external documentation for the Formulate tools, in addition to providing day-to-day support to the Product and Delivery Teams with the collection, cleansing and analysis of data for Formulate customers, providing clear recommendations for customers based on their data.
Our flexible working policy enables people to work from anywhere that enables them to get the job done. We have core hours of 10:00-15:00 Monday-Friday to enable us to find time to collaborate, but are flexible outside these hours as long as we are meeting the needs of our customers and our team. This position is available as either Nottingham office-based, remote (UK), or a hybrid model where you can choose the right amount of time in the office for you. We support flexible working in many forms - as well as a flexible work day, we support condensed hours, 9-day fortnights and part-time (where appropriate).
This is a permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours).
