Local Authorities across England are now predominantly focused on implementing and building on practice that is based on identifying and encouraging the use of strengths and community assets to support people to be as independent as possible.

Resources within Local Authorities are stretched, making it difficult to find the internal resources to:

  • Develop new tools to support this way of working
  • Ensure the tools ‘talk to each other’ to prevent time-wasting duplicate data entries
  • Keep the tools up to date over time as things change

Imosphere’s Strengths-based Toolset has been designed in collaboration with Local Authorities from across England to provide an ‘off the shelf’ solution to these challenges.

The toolset can be used in conjunction with Formulate for Adult Social Care.
