How does Care Partner help keep our data secure?

Care Partner is a cloud-based tool accessed through a Virtual Private Network (VPN). This means a secure connection is established with your network and data relating to the individuals you work with remains secure. Imosphere and our partners are security accredited to ISO 27001 and are accredited G-Cloud suppliers, with physical security and encryption measures in place to keep your data safe.

To further secure your data, the site is accessed via HTTPS and secured via SSL. It goes without saying that individual username and passwords are required to access the software, and additional layers of security are provided through configurable security controls such as password complexity, enforced inactivity time-out and enforced password expiry.
