How can the FACE Toolsets be completed?

We provide all of our assessments in Microsoft Word format for completion directly, where this is the most suitable method for your practitioners.

We can also arrange for a ‘macro’ to be made available within the MS Word versions, which allows the ‘scored’ data to be extracted into a spreadsheet.

All of our assessments are also ‘FACEcoded’ using our unique method of representing data. This allows them to be used within our own Care Partner software or alternatively, provides the template for them to be imported into or built within other IT systems. Our Personalisation Toolset is already available within the leading social care systems nationally.
