Version 37 of Care Partner is now available

Version 37 of Care Partner is now available. We've added some great new features and improvements including:

Significant enhancements to open activities view, including:

  • Reduction of white space
  • Improved accessibility (collapsible side-bar, keyboard navigation)
  • Improved item history graphs
  • Improvements to PDF export
  • Enhanced sensitive data settings

CP v37 collapsible side-bar We’ve added a collapsible side-bar, along with other enhancements to the open activities view.

Form based Care Plans

We’ve introduced the option of using form based Care Plans in the Care Plans module - in addition to or instead of the existing key-item based Care Plans. This will allow all of an individual’s Care Plans to be within one place, giving an easy to access and holistic overview.

CP v37 Care Plans Care Plans can now be created from specifically assigned forms.
