Improvements to Exports, Workflows, and Broadcast Messages in v2023.2 of Care Partner
We’re pleased to announce that v2023.2 of Care Partner will soon be available. Here are some of the latest improvements:
We have listened to customer feedback and have changed the message circle to a rectangle. Having a larger reading section improves the usability and accessibility for our users.
Additionally, URL links will now open in a new browser tab, rather than navigating away from Care Partner.
Service User Export
This release features changes to the way users can export data from Care Partner. This newer version not only improves the usability of this by creating a wizard process, but also includes the ability to export diagnosis and contact information. The user will have greater control over whether current data, historical data, or both, is being exported for the service user.
Along with these front-end changes, there have also been improvements to the way the system handles these requests, and users should notice that exports take less time to complete.
For those customers using the calendar tab, we have made improvements to the calendar export function.
Improved Auditing: Exports
For Calendar exports, Service User print exports, and Admin Bulk exports, we have ensured that this activity is correctly captured in both the service user ‘history’ and the ‘audit logs’. This will detail which user and staff member requested to export data and when they downloaded it, along with the date/time of these actions.
Full details of the changes can be found in the Release Notes, available to customers on our Knowledge Base. We expect this release to be available for all customers to upgrade to from November, following some early adopter testing of the new Bulk Export features.
