Imosphere joins Cove Healthcare’s podcast on Clinical Risk Assessment and Management

We're delighted to feature in Cove Healthcare's latest podcast, discussing Clinical Risk Assessment and Management.

Cove Healthcare provides a range of services for young people with mental health and complex care needs, incorporating high levels of inpatient CAMHS secure care, general CAMHS provisions and specialist community resources.

We recently delivered FACE CARAS training to the staff at Cove Healthcare’s Smallwood Manor Hospital, and Rachel Phillips, our Solutions Consultant, was invited onto the podcast.

Rachel joined Andrew Wetherell, Consultant Trainer; Kelvin Frew, Mental Health Nurse and Consultant Trainer; and Jessica Bomparola, Hospital Social Worker and Designated Child Protection Manager at Cove Healthcare; in the podcast hosted by Rebecca Davis at Cove Healthcare, to discuss:

  • The FACE CARAS Training programme
  • The benefits of a train-the-trainer approach
  • The importance of good record-keeping
  • Examples of clinical risk and how it is managed
  • The importance of good communication in relation to risks
